  1. Is online ordering secure?

    Yes! Burnt Hills Music employs technology called SSC (Secure Server Certificate) to ensure the highest level of security for your online transactions. All sensitive information (credit cards, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) is encrypted for transfer to our server. It won't be able to be 
    intercepted and decrypted because the key resides only on our servers.

  2. What is my personal information used for?

    Any information such as your address book and shopping lists are completely confidential. You will not be added to the Burnt Hills Music mailing list unless you place an order or request to be placed on the mailing list.  

     

  3. Can I sell my used Instrument to Burnt Hills Music?

    Yes we use the ORION BLUE BOOK as well as the ORION VINTAGE book to help us know what a fair price to offer you would be. It describes wholesale and retail prices for average and mint shape musical items. Estimates are FREE. If you wish to sell something you must be 18 years or older, and have identification with you, such as a drivers' license. 

  4. Can I get my instrument repaired if I purchased it at another dealer? 

    We can repair almost anything for a reasonable cost, in a reasonable time. Estimates are Free. Merchandise under warrantee should be returned to the place of purchase. for free service during the warrantee period. If the item must be returned to the factory, the customer will have to pay shipping & handling cost.
